As part of our continued support for Team Conyngham Road members families, we
are pleased to show support to Dominick Forte and his business partner Sandra McDonnell of CONCEPT CATERING. Dominick is the
son of Dominic (without the k) and Phyllis Forte. Dominic is one of our esteemed drivers on the 79 bus route and he is also
a Peace Commissioner. Phyllis is the Chairperson of our Community Relations affiliate member, Moorefield Environment Group
(MEG). Consequently, we feel it appropriate to highlight CONCEPT CATERING as an affiliate to the website.

Dominick Forte and Sandra McDonnell have over 20 years experience in all aspects of the catering
industry. Both Dominick and Sandra first learned their trade at the Dublin Catering College at Cathal Brugha Street and received
distinctions in London 'City & Guilds' examinations.
Dominick's experience was gained in Jersey's finest Restaurants, where he was Executive Head
Chef for over 10 years. Sandra trained in the Shelbourne Hotel and was Commis Chef in the Radisson SAS Dublin. Most recently,
she was Executive Head Chef for Fitzers Catering Ltd.
Founded in 2002 by Dominick and Sandra, Concept Catering has had unprecedented success in their 4 years in business.
Their database of satisfied clients has grown staedily year on year and they have many accolades to their credit.
The company was founded out of a gap in the marketplace where smaller parties and events were unable to get a caterer
to look after their requirements. Most other companies have a high number 'cut-off' point and the lower numbered events were
left with 'take away' services.
Concept Catering changed all that as THEY cater for all types of events regardless of numbers. That is,
from a dinner party at your home for 10 guests, up to to large corporate event for 1000 guests. In fact, Concept Catering
have established themselves as 'The House Party Specialists'.

Concept Catering took over the food franchise, some
three years ago now, at 'THE BLUE GARDENIA' in Brittas, Co. Dublin. During this time they opened a restaurant there called
'Bia', which has developed a reputation for excellent food and service. They serve food 7 days a week. Customer satisfaction
is their main objective and they pride themselves on their personal service.
