Communities served by Team Conyngham Road include, Ballyfermot, Clondalkin, Lucan and Tallaght, to mention just a few. If you want your community association mentioned on our site, please contact us.

The picture (right) shows, from left to right, bus enthusiasts Kevin Murphy and Wesley Molloy (with Driver Frank Gorey standing on the platform). Kevin and Wesley have their own websites and are good friends to many of the staff in Dublin Bus across the depots. The two lads are very safety conscience and, as you can see from the photograph, always wear their high-visibility vests. You have to admire their enthusiasm and I would recommend supporting the lads endeavours by going to visit their websites.

By the way, a good friend of ours, Kevin Horgan, who gave us permission to show a couple of photographs on this website has his own excellent website @  http://www.irishbuses.com

It is well woth a visit too.

Young Craig Wade reminded me that since May 2008 the 210 bus route has been going from Liffey Valley to The Square Shopping Centre in Tallaght and he has included photographs of the AV buses frequently used on this route. Thanks again Craig.

FROM LIFFEY VALLEY TERMINUS TO...

The 210 bus route used to go from Liffey Valley Shopping Centre to Dolphin's Barn Fire Brigade Station (Not into the station just right outside!!). Now it goes from Liffey Valley to the Square, so if you cannot get what you want in one shopping centre just hop on the bus to the other. There are regular drivers on the route who are full of information and are just waiting for their passengers to ask them questions. Now don't talk to them whilst they are driving of course.

LEFT  is a photograph of Pat Ingolsby sitting on the pavement in Westmoreland Street selling his many books of poems and short stories. What is interesting about the photograph is the sign Pat placed  on a newsvendors 'hut' which reads; "I DON'T KNOW WHY BUS DRIVERS KEEP DUMPING OUL ONES OUT ON TOP OF ME ALL THE TIME BUT THEY DO".  Typical humour of Pat to display such a sign and the humour is typical of what is written in Pat's books. So if you feel like buying a book from Pat, mention his publicity on this website.

Pat had to move out to the edge of the pavement to sell his books because shop owners were complaining of him obstructing entrance to their premises?? The photographer of the photo wishes to remain anonymous but you have to agree it is a very good photograph of Pat and his "notice". Pat has now moved to the corner of Westmoreland Street and Aston Quay where he now sells his vast selection of books at great prices.

Your views are always welcome.
