QUALITY SERVICE IMPROVEMENT TEAM

Starting in September 2008 the new QSIT project will have just started. Members of all grades in each garage have been recruited on a voluntary basis to give their time for the betterment of our customer service. The TEAMS' for traffic and maintenance departments have been selected and the overall project is 'WHAT TYPE OF TRANSPORT COMPANY WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE IN THE FUTURE'. Now there is no right or wrong answer to this question and besides the practical answers like "having a bus run on time", the question is open to imaginative answers like "buses having their own style of separate track similar to Luas".

We, the TEAM in traffic, have chosen the area of 'REGULARITY' as our specific project. This area focuses on the causes of delays and late arrival and departure of buses, to start with. We have some ideas to already, but seeing we are in a competition with our colleagues in other garages, we cannot specify what our plans are at this moment in time.
